Deposit Policy:
1) A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation
2) Final payment is due 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
3) All reservations require full pre-payment.
4) Final rooming lists, special requests are to be received in writing, 3 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
1) Cancellations, reductions in the number of nights and rooms must be communicated in writing.
2) Penalties are calculated on the total cost of stay, including applicable taxes.
3) Postponements and date changes may be accommodated by mutual agreement, subject to management discretion and availability.

No shows/Late amendments = 100% of the total invoice
No-show policy:
1) A no-show is the non-arrival of a GUEST without notification in writing. In the case of a no-show, the above cancellation terms will apply. No-shows are calculated on the total cost of stay.
Payment Terms:
a) All payments to be received promptly as stated in the deposit policy, should payments not be received by due date, Mond Kleine Guest House reserves the right to cancel the reservation or recover payment from the guest direct, whichever, without prior notice to the operator.
b) Proof of payment must be sent through to the reservations office with the Reservation Reference number and guest name clearly stated on the correspondence. Payment is not confirmed until reflecting in the bank account and you have been advised accordingly.
c) It is policy to collect credit card details for ALL arriving guest irrespective of the method of payment/pre-payment/voucher/EFT as stipulated in the guest registration card on arrival.

1. The region has a high fire danger for most of the year. Mond Kleine is a thatched building and due to extreme fire hazard the following is not permitted:
a. No smoking is permitted inside the house.
b. A designated smoking area is available at the braai area on the ground floor. Kindly dispose of cigarette buds in a safe manner.
c. No candles or open flames inside or outside the building.
d. No fireworks or flares
e. Braais and fires are permitted at the designated fireplace/braai area downstairs and strictly only charcoal may be used. Please ensure that fires are completely dead/cold before retiring for the evening.
f. Never leave the fire unattended.
2. Small pets are allowed with prior arrangement. You are required to clean up after your pet.
3. Food and drink are not allowed inside the bedrooms.
4. Switch off all lights before bedtime.
5. Kleinmond is a safe neighborhood, however, for the security of all our guests and visitors, always lock the security gates (at the front entrance and side gate) when entering or exiting the premises.
6. Day visitors are welcome between 08h00 and 22h00. Non-residents are not allowed to stay over without prior consent from management. The prevailing rate will be applicable per person. Day visitors must report to reception.
7. We kindly request that guest consider the proximity of neighbors and therefore music must be at a reasonable level. According to municipal by-laws music must be turned off by midnight over weekends and 23h00 during the week.
9. No littering please!
10. We trust our employees and their integrity – however, it is the responsibility of each guest to safeguard their own belongings.
11. Although Mond Kleine is situated in a residential neighborhood, we would like to draw your attention to the proximity and traffic in the Main Road. Parents must please supervise young children and ensure that the entrance gate and back gate are always closed.
